The beginning of 2020 was a busy one. Before COVID-19 precautions took hold of Japan and the wider world, Sun and Moon Yoga carried out four workshops, with a fifth one precariously coming to completion before the recommendation by Prime Minister Abe was set for gyms and yoga studios to close and after it was lifted.
