This year marks 10th anniversary of Pose & Paws’ annual pet food drive. The drive, run by Em Bettinger and her husband, Phil, has always supported Animal Guard, an animal shelter in Niigata. For our tenth year, we are excited to be able to offer help to AnimO - Mina’s Animal Sanctuary, a shelter that offers help to dogs, cats, and many different rescued exotic animals.
Em’s aim for Pose & Paws was always to grow and help several animal shelters, and we are excited to be able to do just that for our tenth year. Over the years, Sun & Moon students have always been exceptionally generous in supporting this food drive by donating food and money to help .
This holiday season we are hoping to support them with food and cash donations to help see them through the winter months. All food donations will go to Animal Guard, while cash donations will be split between Animal Guard and AnimO.
To donate you can give food or cash directly to Em OR order food through Amazon. Financial donation also can be made through GoFundMe.

これまで何年も生徒の皆さんの温かなサポートによって支えられているペットフードドライブが今年も始まります。今回はなんと、活動開始から10周年を迎えました！
ヨガを通じてエム・ベッティンジャー先生と旦那様のフィル・ベッティンジャーさんが指揮をとるポーズ&ポーズは、いつも新潟のあにまるガードさんで保護されている動物たちと施設の運営をサポートしてきました。10年目の今年、嬉しいお知らせがあります。新たにAnimO - Mina's Animal Sanctuaryさんをサポートすることになりました。AnimOさんでは、犬猫の他、ちょっと変わった動物も保護されているんですよ。
エム先生の目標は、Pose & Pawsの活動を大きくして複数の保護施設をサポートすること。だからこの記念すべき10周年に活動を大きく広げられてワクワクしています。ずっとサンアンドムーンの生徒さんからは、このフードドライブに食料や寄付金にご協力いただいています。
今年の暮れも、感謝の気持ちを贈りあうシーズンに今年の冬を動物たちが元気に過ごせるようペットフードや寄付金を募りたいと思います。ペットフードなどのペット用品は、あにまるガードさんへ、寄付金はあにまるガードさんとAnimOさんに分けて送る予定です。
ペットフードや寄付金は、直接エム先生に届けることもできますし、アマゾンの専用ウィッシュリストからペット用品を注文していただく方法もあります。
